Resource Provisioning Strategies in Cloud Computing Environments

Abstract
Efficient resource provisioning is essential for maintaining performance and reducing operational costs in cloud infrastructures. This paper investigates various resource provisioning strategies, including reactive, proactive, and predictive approaches. The proposed framework utilizes workload forecasting and virtualization technologies to allocate computing resources dynamically. Comparative analysis demonstrates improved system utilization, reduced latency, and enhanced Quality of Service in cloud environments. The paper emphasizes the importance of intelligent resource management for achieving scalable and cost-efficient cloud operations.
