Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) services delivered through cloud platforms are transforming modern business operations. This paper investigates cloud-based AI models used in predictive analytics, customer relationship management, and automated decision-making systems. The proposed framework integrates machine learning services with scalable cloud infrastructure to support real-time business intelligence. Experimental evaluation shows improved processing speed, reduced operational costs, and enhanced scalability compared to traditional AI deployment models. The study highlights the growing importance of AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS) in digital transformation strategies.
