Abstract

The deployment of 5G networks requires highly scalable and low-latency computing infrastructure to support advanced communication services. This paper explores the role of cloud computing in enabling network virtualization, edge processing, and dynamic resource allocation in 5G environments. The proposed architecture integrates cloud platforms with software-defined networking and network function virtualization technologies. Performance analysis reveals significant improvements in bandwidth utilization, service reliability, and communication efficiency. The paper highlights cloud computing as a key technology for supporting future smart communication systems.
