Cloud-Based Disaster Management System for Emergency Response

Abstract
Natural disasters and emergency situations require fast communication, real-time monitoring, and efficient resource coordination. This paper proposes a cloud-based disaster management system that integrates IoT devices, geospatial technologies, and cloud analytics for emergency response operations. The framework enables centralized data collection, real-time alerts, and remote accessibility for disaster management authorities. Experimental analysis demonstrates improved response time, better coordination, and enhanced reliability during critical situations. The study concludes that cloud computing can significantly strengthen disaster preparedness and emergency management systems.
