Role of Cloud Computing in Digital Banking and Financial Services

Abstract
Cloud computing has transformed the banking and financial sector by enabling secure, scalable, and cost-effective digital services. This paper explores the application of cloud technologies in online banking, mobile payments, fraud detection, and financial analytics. The proposed framework improves transaction processing speed, data availability, and customer experience through cloud-based infrastructure. Security challenges, regulatory compliance, and privacy concerns are also discussed. The findings indicate that cloud adoption enhances operational efficiency and supports innovation in modern financial systems.
