Abstract

Smart transportation systems rely on large-scale data processing and real-time communication to improve traffic management and public safety. This paper investigates the use of cloud computing in intelligent transportation applications such as traffic prediction, vehicle tracking, and autonomous navigation systems. Cloud platforms provide scalable storage, data analytics, and remote accessibility for transportation authorities and users. Performance evaluation demonstrates reduced traffic congestion, faster route optimization, and improved transportation efficiency. The study highlights cloud computing as a fundamental technology for future smart mobility solutions.
